This beautiful blouse in crushed ruby red velvet by Lee Bender at Bus Stop is a true 1970s gem. It has a v neckline with ruched front featuring unique curved hem detail at front along with gathered puff sleeves. There is some stretch to the fabric.

In good vintage condition. There are three tiny holes which have been repaired at the front near hem.
