Returns on handpicked vintage
We take great care in checking and measuring our vintage garments and are therefore, regrettably unable to offer any returns or exchanges unless an item has been grossly misrepresented. Please bear in mind most of our vintage garments are over 50 years old so some wear is to be expected. We do our best to detail any imperfections of note in the product descriptions.
Returns on handmade-to-order items
Due to the custom made nature of our products, regrettably we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges, with the exception of Ready to Ship items and faulty goods. By placing an order you are accepting these terms and conditions. We strongly advise you check your measurements carefully, contact us prior to purchase with any sizing enquiries and leave as much sizing information as possible in the ‘additional notes’ section with your order.
Returns on Ready to Ship items
Our pre-made Ready to Ship items may be returned within 28 days of receipt. Please contact us, quoting your order number, within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund. Items must be returned in their original, unworn and undamaged condition with tags still attached. We regret we cannot refund any shipping costs. Items are returned at your own risk and cost, therefore we strongly advise sending via a tracked method as we cannot be held responsible for any returns lost in the post. Once we receive your return a refund will be issued within 7 days.
