A striking antique piece, this cape from the early 1900s is crafted in luxurious black velvet and fully lined in smooth black satin. It features exquisite gold embroidery accented with green and gold sequins, along with delicate pearls for an elegant touch. The small mandarin collar and gathered detailing enhance its silhouette, while front hook and eye closures ensure a secure fit.

In good vintage condition. There is a small slightly discoloured area at the back near gathers and a number of sequins missing. One small light coloured mark/worn area at the back near hem and a ladder/slight damage to fabric at the front left along with other minor imperfections to velvet. 

Please bear in mind most of our vintage garments are over 50 years old so some wear is to be expected. We do our best to detail any imperfections of note.
